The Northwest Country Music Association (NW-CMA) is having its 6th annual awards show at the Bing Crosby Theater in Spokane on Sunday November 5th at 6:00 PM. The NW-CMA promotes live country music all across the northwestern states and they gather once a year to recognize excellence in live music. The show includes the presentation of awards and 20 performances by the nominees.

The nomination process begins in September.  Select nominees are invited to perform at the show.  The final voting takes place in October and Emcee Jamie Patrick of local radio station 93.7 the Mountain will announce the winners and also introduce the nominees that are performing.

“This show is always off the hook!”, said Rusty Jackson, director of the NW-CMA.  “We will have 20 of the top country acts from Idaho, Oregon, Montana, Washington and Wyoming and everyone brings their A game!”
