The Bing Crosby Theater is available for hosting Public and Private Events.  

The Bing Crosby Theater The Bing Crosby Theater, originally “The Clemmer”, opened in 1915 as one of the nation’s first movie palaces. It featured 1,600 lights, Ivar Petersen murals, a unique acoustical shell, and advanced ventilation. Renamed in 2006 to honor Spokane native Bing Crosby, the fully renovated historic theater now serves as a cultural landmark in downtown Spokane. It hosts live performances, commercial events, and public and private gatherings, offering a blend of history and modern functionality.

Our Services

    • 8 hour rental (Additional hours at $100 per hour)

    • Thursday, Friday, Saturday: $1,450.00 - plus cleaning, and technical fees.

    • Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: $1,300.00 - plus cleaning, technical fees.

    • Please contact us at (509) 227-7638 to discuss your birthday, wedding, conference, or other non-ticketed event.

    • Additional day of Rehearsal or Pre-Event Consultation: $100.00 per hour plus staffing as is listed below.

    • All rehearsal time is subject to availability. The Bing Crosby Theater reserves the right to reschedule or cancel rehearsal time with 5 days written notice or in case of emergency.

    • Sound Technician: $35.00/hour with a minimum of 3 hours

    • Lighting Technician: $35.00/hour with a minimum of 3 hours

    • Follow Spot Operator: $30.00/hour with a minimum of 3 hours

    • Monitor Tech: $35.00/hour with a minimum of 3 hours

    • Stagehand: $30/hour with a minimum of 3 hours per stagehand

    • Security: $40/hour with a minimum of 4 hours per security officer requested

    • Overtime: All employee hours charged at time-and-a-half the hourly rate after 8.0 hours.

    • Our ticketing is through TicketsWest who adds 18% of the face value to each ticket for their services. We add a $2.00 facility fee to each sold ticket to help support the theater. This fee is paid by the consumer. If tickets are not for sale, rental fee may be adjusted upwards to accommodate for this loss of income.

    • $250.00/day of rental

    • Additional equipment or production services can be provided upon request for an additional fee. These costs may change at anytime. Final agreed upon charges will be reflected on your contract.
