Rent the Bing Crosby Theater
The Bing Crosby Theater, originally known as The Clemmer, opened in 1915 as one of the nation’s earliest movie palaces. From the start, it set a high standard with 1,600 lights, Ivar Petersen murals, a distinctive acoustical shell, and advanced ventilation for its time.
Renamed in 2006 to honor Spokane native Bing Crosby, the fully renovated historic theater now stands as a premier cultural landmark in downtown Spokane. Today, the Bing hosts live performances as well as weddings, receptions, birthdays, commercial events, awards ceremonies, writer symposiums, discussions, and other public and private gatherings—offering a seamless blend of historic character and modern functionality.
