Can I buy tickets in advance by calling the Bing Crosby Theater?
No. The Bing does not have a box office at the theater until right before the event.
Tickets need to be purchased through the ticketing agency designated by the presenter. Links to those agencies can be found on the event's information page via our show schedule calendar.

How do I get a refund on ticket purchases?
Refunds are only available if an event cancels. If an event cancels, you will be notified via email from TicketsWest and refunds will happen within 3 business days of that notification. Funds may not deposit into your account for 7 – 10 business days or a full-billing cycle if paid by credit card. If you have additional questions, please reach out to our Customer Care Team.

Where is will call located?
Will call is located in the front entrance of our theater.

When can I pick my tickets up from will call?
The box office opens for will call two (2) hours prior to scheduled events.

What is your weapons policy?
We do not allow any weapons of any kind on our property; we make no acceptations. We perform security checks using a wand and check handbags at the door. If you have a knife, gun, or other weapon, we will ask you to return it to your car. We do not take possession of your items. However, if you do choose to relinquish the item rather than secure it in your vehicle, It will not be returned to you.

Can I leave the venue and come back in?
No, once you enter the building with your ticket, you agree to remain in the building until you are ready to leave. Once you leave, you will need to purchase a new ticket to regain access.

Does the theater have seating that is handicapped/wheelchair accessible, and how do I reserve these seats?
Yes, we do have ADA/wheelchair accessible seating. They are located in Orchestra Right, Row M. When purchasing using the “Pick Your Own Seat” map online, you will see them indicated as blue ADA icons rather than the green dots.
If there is no Pick Your Own Seat map available (general admission, for example), you can use the link to purchase, which is located on the ticket selection page for each individual event.
Please Note: If you do not see the blue circle, or get the error “Unable to secure seats in this Price Level”, the accessible seating is sold out.

Where is the accessible door located?
The accessible door is located on the East side of the building facing Lincoln Street.

What time do doors open?
Though it sometimes varies depending on the show, doors typically open 1 hour prior to the start of the event.

Where can I park?
Event parking is available north of the Steam Plant Restaurant & Brew Pub. Parking is subject to availability. Metered street parking and additional paid parking lots are also available.

What restaurants are in the area?

Is outside food or drink allowed in the theater?
No.

Are beverages and food allowed in the auditorium?
Yes, food and beverages purchased at our concession stands are allowed in the auditorium, to be enjoyed while watching the show.

Are credit cards accepted at concession stands?
Yes, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards are accepted.

What items are offered at the concession stands?
Our concessions stands have popcorn, candy, soda, beer, and wine.

Is there an ATM in the theater?
No, the theater does not have an ATM. However there are ATM’s located at all major banks and credit unions within two (2) blocks of the Bing.

Is the Bing able to accommodate patrons who are hard of hearing?
Assisted listening devices are available at the theater and can be checked out at the time of the event. Please ask an usher to assist you with this.

Can I take pictures?
Professional photography and cameras with a flash are restricted at our events. However, we do encourage you to take pictures in the lobby before and after events, to share on Facebook and Twitter.

Are there hotels within walking distance?
Yes. The Hotel Ruby, The Steam Plant Hotel and The Montvale Hotel are the best options. Hotel Ruby is located just 200 feet south of the theater, on the corner of First Avenue and Lincoln Street. The Steam Plant Hotel is located at 123 South Post, just two blocks from the Bing, and The Montvale is one block southwest of The Bing at W. 1005 First Ave.
When you visit Sandpoint and Ponderay Idaho we recommend you stay at Hotel Ruby Ponderay.

Does the theater have a lost and found?
Yes. To inquire about lost and found, please call (509) 227-7638. Lost and found items will be held up to 30 days following the event.

How do I become a volunteer?
The Bing Theater and Friends of the Bing need volunteers. Please see the volunteer tab on our website, and fill out the required forms. After submittal, we will immediately contact you.
