The Spokane String Quartet continues its “All in the Family” series with clarinetist Chip Phillips, husband of SSQ second violinist Amanda Howard Phillips. Chip has been principal clarinet with the Spokane Symphony since 2000, and holds the same position with the Oregon Coast Music Festival Orchestra. He also is an award-winning landscape photographer and is a founding member of photocascadia, a group consisting of some of the top landscape photographers in the Pacific Northwest.
